Our holiday rental rates are as follows:

Winter Special - book for a holiday here during June, July, August and September, pay for four nights and stay for seven nights.

February to November - $360.00 per night for up to six people, $30.00 per extra person each night up to 12 maximum, two night minimum stay
‍December and January - $460.00 per night for up to six people, $30.00 per extra person each night up to 12 maximum, three night minimum stay

Check in time: 3.00 pm
Check out time: 10.00 am

Payment:

Bank transfer.

50% of total is due within seven days of booking to confirm your stay.

The balance is payable seven days prior to your arrival date.

Cancellation Policy:

90% refund if cancellation is made with more than one month’s notice

50% refund if cancellation is made 7-30 days' notice

No refund if cancellation is made within seven days of arrival date
