White Bean Hummus

A tasty dip

You will need:

one tin of cannellini beans

2 tbsp sesame seeds

juice of one lemon

one fat clove of garlic

about half a cup of good quality olive oil

Method:

Drain and rinse the beans well.

Dry fry the sesame seeds for about 10 minutes.

Put all the ingredients into a food processor and blend until very smooth.

Add more oil if it seems too dry.

Serve with crackers, bread or fresh vegetables.
